Warehouse Team Member Job Description
Warehouse Team Members will be responsible for the needs of the warehouse and may sometimes provide support to the retail team members.
- Packaging and shipping products.
- Receiving and checking product condition.
- Labeling products as needed.
- Keeping track of inventory.
- Providing support to retail team members
- Interactions with customers on the sales floor as well as the cash register.
- Accepting payments for merchandise.
- Sales and service while providing superior customer service.
- Stocking shelves, updating pricing, and updating website.
- Uploading product descriptions to our website.
- Any other tasks or projects requested by management.
- Positive personality
- Passionate and efficient
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Works well in a team environment
- Can adapt and learn new skills or systems
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
