Zoo Rides F.A.Q.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Kingston, MA, about 5 minutes from downtown Plymouth and the Mayflower II.

Q. How do I rent an animal.
A. Just visit any Maziply Toys and ask any Fun Specialist to ride an animal.

Q. Do I need to sign a waiver?
A. Yes, you will need to sign a waiver before riding. For your convenience, you can sign a waiver before arriving in order to save you time.

Q. How old must you be to ride?
A. Riders should be at least 5 years of age to ride by themselves. However a parent should still supervise by walking along-side the animal with their child. Children under 5 may ride with an adult.

Q. How many riders can be on one animal?
A. Only 1 rider per animal. Exceptions are made for small children who can ride with a parent or caretaker.

Q. Where can I ride the animals?
A. Riders will be provided with designated riding zones that vary by location. Just ask your local fun specialist.

Q. Can I stand up on the foot rests.
A. For your safety, riders must remain seated at all times with their feet securely rested on the footrests.

Q. How do the animals move?
A. Each animal has a handle bar for steering left or right. On the right handle, there is a button that will make the animal move forward when pressed. When you let go of the button, your animal will come to a rolling stop. Animals do not move in reverse.

Q. Can I eat or drink while riding?
A. For your safety, please refrain from eating or drinking while operating your animal. Besides, your animal might get jealous if it is due for a meal.

Q. When is the last ride available?
A. The last ride is available half an hour before closing, to make sure that you have plenty of time to ride. They need a nightly visit from their vet.

Q. I’m an adult. Can I ride them?
A. Yes! Our animals are built to hold up to 225 pounds.

Q. I have other questions. What should I do?
A. Contact us and ask us anything!
