Free Shipping Disclaimer
From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions. Some items may not be included in free shipping promotions such as larger items.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders placed are processed within one business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional business day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Maziply Toys does not guarantee any shipping times. Days or times provided for shipping options are an estimate only. Maziply Toys is not responsible in any way, shape or form for shipping times. Refunds are not offered for shipping costs in the case of a delayed shipment from the carrier. When considering the estimated time, be sure to add one business day for handling for a better estimate of time.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order in the continental U.S. will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Additional charges may apply in Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like an order shipped outside of the 50 states, you can contact us at 781-582-8697 and we may be able to make a special accommodation.
Delivery delays from our shipping partners may occur. Maziply Inc is not responsible for any shipping delays by shipping carriers.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Maziply Toys ships to physical addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to PO or APOs.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Maziply Toys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Maziply Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you need help doing this, we are happy to assist.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not currently ship outside the U.S.
