Sales & Service Team Member Job Description
Sales & Service Team Members will be responsible with working with our customers to help them find what they need while providing great customers service.
- Interactions with customers on the sales floor as well as the cash register.
- Accepting payments for merchandise.
- Sales and service while providing superior customer service.
- Stocking shelves, updating pricing, and updating website.
- Uploading product descriptions to our website.
- Processing online orders including packaging and shipping
- Any other tasks or projects requested by management.
- Outgoing personal customer service skills
- Passionate and positve
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Works well in a team environment
- Likes working with children
- Can adapt and learn new skills or systems
- Retail experience preferred but not required
