You'll be hard-pressed to find a better puzzle than those made by White Mountain Puzzles (WMP). With over 40 years in the business, these are some of the most sought-after puzzles.
You'll also be happy to know that they manufacture these jigsaw puzzles in the United States. These 100% American-made puzzles are produced with the highest quality premium blue chipboard and are also eco-friendly with soy-based inks.
Each puzzle comes in a sturdy box and includes a puzzle box stand. WMP also features random cuts with fully interlocking pieces. You can literally pick up the corner of a completed puzzle and it will not fall apart.
They claim to have the largest 1,000 piece puzzles in the industry, which are 24" x 30" inches when completed.
White Mountain offers four primary puzzles:
- 1,000 Pieces
- 550 Pieces (sometimes 500 pieces)
- 300 Pieces
- Kids Floor Puzzles
1000 Piece Puzzles
Famous for their 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzles, all their puzzles are made of premium blue chipboard. The pieces are large and interlock very well together. In fact, if you pick up one of their complete puzzles from the corner, you can count on the puzzle still staying together. They boast that their 1,000 piece puzzles are the largest in the industry with a finished size of 24" x 30".
550 Piece Puzzles
With a ton of different themes, White Mountain's 500-550 piece puzzles are also made of premium blue chipboard and large interlocking pieces. When these puzzles are complete, they finish off at 18" x 24".
300 Piece Puzzles
With larger pieces than the 1,000 and 550 piece puzzles, the 300 piece puzzles are 18" x 24" in size when complete and offer themes to a broader age range. Why? Because all ages enjoy 300 piece puzzles, of course!
