A Maziply Toys & Collectibles “Fun Specialist” is a position unique to our petite Toy Store. For example, sometimes you might see a Melissa and Doug Basset Hound plush, fondly named “Wags”, on the counter playfully wagging its tail. It is the creative spark of a “Fun Specialist” that inspires fun, inviting as anything could be, and intended to remind anyone interested what real old-fashioned pretend play can do.
The response of passing customers is always amazement! People of all ages stop; some point but almost everyone comments “I thought that was real!” That’s also when something extra-ordinary happens. It might be what a magician sees reflected by an audience that just witnessed an elephant pop into existence. In that moment disbelief was suspended and “magic” became an experience.
